Just say hello. Start small talk. If he is aware that you see each other everyday bring that up. Be subtle and engage him in many conversations daily. Eventually you will build up a good conversation and take it from there.
If you really want to be bold just stop him and tell him you would like to get to know him. Make sure he is single of course..
