What does it mean when a guys says you are not what he's looking for physically? Is he talking about sex or your looks?

It could be either....he simply means that physically, he is not attracted to you.
But that's okay. He doesn't have to be. Just like you don't have to be physically attracted to someone that finds you attractive.
My point is, he has the right. As do you. Its all about preferences. Do not internalize that and make it personal.

Both actually. If he says physically he means your look. Wich also means your not good looking enough for him to have sex with. Its harsh but true.

Why would you want someone who is only after someone with an appealing body? You should want a whole person, not a shallow person. Keep waiting and searching, you will bump heads with your true mate.
