I left my whip cream in my car 2 days ago and I can only get it out tomorrow...would it spoil or not be 'whippy' anymore because its been in the car for 3 days?

If the car has been at the shop that means it was inside and you have no way of knowing for how long, so the answer is, toss the cream in the garbage.

It would probably be spoiled, due to the heat variations in the shop. Unless you want to risk a horrendous experience, I would trash it.

Definitely...you need to just throw that away and get yourself another one. Don't mess about where diary products are concerned
