No. If you read the bottom of every ad, it mentions that the results are not typical, and that you have to use them in combination with diet and exercise to get results.
If diet and exercise work to have you lose weight, then what are the pills even doing? The only thing I noticed when I tried the pills (ephedra) was a racing heartbeat that kept me up at night. That's just not safe. A couple cups of coffee and a good cardio regime would get the blood pumping too.
Lose weight safely - get on a diet and exercise regime that works for you. That is how I eventually lost the weight and kept it off.

Diet pills are just another way of getting your money. They act like uppers and are not very good to your heart. I would avoid them, go for a good long walk every day and try to eat reasonably. When I was younger, I fell for that stuff too because I wanted to lose the weight right then. Each time I did, only to gain more back. Now, I am fine with who I am and I walk and do Pilates and try to eat healthy.

No. Diet pills are like speed. If you take too much, you can have a heart attack. Yes, people have actually died from them. And I speak from experience.
Diet and exercise is the key to losing weight.

I have been taking Slim Quick and it has helped start the weight loss process...11 lbs so far, and 10 inches. I am guessing it was water weight and bloating but I feel TONS better...plus I have energy. It really does help you control your appitite...you eat, but you don't snack randomly through the day. So far so good.
