We are good friends of many years. She asked me to accompany her and some friends to a dancing lesson. Suddenly, her brother is pushed into coming and really wants another guy to come, so I said I would. A few nights ago she started pairing herself off out loud, and she suggested everyone including a stranger over me. She then asked who I wanted to dance with. I said I did not mind, but I later told her that I wanted her. She then said she did not suggest me because of our past more-than-friendship discussions. She then tried to push me off on a friend, and I said you don't want to dance with me do you? She replied that she would. Does she want to dance with me?

Are you going there for her or the dancing lessons? If you are going to learn how to dance just dance with whoever she pairs you with but if you are going just to dance with her then if she does not dance with you the next time you go then don't go back.

She probably would like to dance with you...but she isn't looking for anything but friendship with you...and doesn't want you to get the wrong idea. Sorry.

i really think that this girl is as confused as you are. i dont believe that she truly knows what she wants. and honestly if she invited you she really should have had at least one dance with you. i think your rite in believing that she dont want to dance with you, but dont let that get you down keep going to these lessons and have fun getting to know someone else......
GOOD LUCK

Obvisously not, unless she is playing hard to get. In which case she could end up losing you to that other woman she is pushing you off on.

If youve been in a relationship with her fiesty girls will try everything to make it so you think they dont want you anymore (playing hard to get). But in fact its just there clever plan to get you to fall for them then come back to you like its you who wants them more while they are the happiest they got you back. Its pretty much trying to show there not desperate for you even tho they are. Wow... that was confusing a but it happened to me... my gf broke up with me then i kept trying to get her back like a sucker. Then she came back to me. But then I relized if she broke up with me she dosnt want me so I broke up with her the next day. She broke down so I knew she played that break up gig out. Im back with her and she really knows how to make it up. ^^
