I agree with the "First Gentleman"... and I don't think just because they are male, they should receive any special treatment, because they are a male spouse, as opposed to a female spouse.
My question is, past presidents are still referred to as "President... so and so"... so if Hilary Clinton is elected as President--- should they still call President Clinton, still President Clinton, instead of the First Gentleman???

First Gentleman is most consistant with First Lady. However, traditionally, husbands don't receive status from wives, so I rather think a president's husband shouldn't be called anything except Mr. Smith.

Tash and mamadukes got it right. It's First Gentlemen. There are other countries who have female presidents and their husbands are called "First Gentlemen" by their country's media.

First Husband
And if Hilary gets elected, she'll still be called Mr. President, seeing how her penis is larger than her husbands.
