Forget the illegal and immoral stuff, those friendly guys in blue (MMDA) and other "honest" law officers have been making raids in backroom internet cafes, just so they can catch small businesses with priated software. Does your friend have Original Microsoft windows ?? Remember she/he will need an original CD and a new key for each computer they put in the shop(one CD one computer only). Do what a friend of mine did, Install Linux in the computers in the front of the shop for people who want to use internet/office. And hide the games computers in the back. It's still a big risk, because they usually check all computers but somewhat better chances.

AS for Linux I'd suggest a simple one like Ubuntu(it's not much different from windows, has word, excel, powerpoint, adobe, firefox, image viewer and best part is, it's free to download and use. You can make 1000 copies of it and it would be legal :-)

It's illegal and imoral. Programmers should get some money for their job. In reality microsoft and other software companies try to catch only organiztions not private users

Depends on local Philippine law. So it may be permissable... Check.

Are you really asking this question?

Common sense dude!

Piracy is illegal, no two ways about it.
