I`d be worried if he didn`t look, It`s in most mens nature to look at other women.
Take it in your stride and make a comment of your own, I always say that i think that she has nice legs or that i love the dress that she has on, It really suits her.
Don`t get jealous that is a road not to go down as it could spoil your relationship.
