We don't have control over our dreams. Make sure it is nothing you are doing in your waking hours that are giving you these visions in your dreams. Like for instance if you've been watching dvd's with sex scenes in them or having lustful thoughts.
Anyways, I always pray before I go to sleep to ask God to watch over me and to have control of my dreams. Give your dreams over to Him. But I don't think it was a sin, because you didn't have your free will. Dreams are weird that way, it's you, but you have no power over them. And some dreams stay with you all day and feel so real, but they aren't.

No. Sin is conceived in thoughts, not usually dreams...and would only become a sin if you acted upon it.
But say the Our Fathers and Hail Marys anyway. Once per night should be plenty. ;-)

Honey, you can't help what you dream. What you CAN help is whether or not you dwell on what you dreamed! Remember the story of King David and Bathsheba? It was perfectly alright for the King to have noticed and admired a beautiful woman bathing in the moonlight one evening. What was NOT alright was the fact that he didn't leave it at that. Just put your mind to something else if the dream comes up, and you'll be just fine! God knows you are human... He created you!

Lustful dreams are the best dreams of all. Nothing sinful about them, I have them all the time. Just remember to wash your sheets.

Sin is an outdated concept, and sex is not an evil thing. Lusting is good. It's a part of being human. Don't feel guilty about it, or you'll fall into the religious trap. Religion uses guilt to keep converts.

God does no longer condemn absolutely everyone for a feeling. Our emotions are not any further fullyyt below our administration. the first concern you want to understand is that lust isn't a feeling. that is the willingness to do something had to get what you want. in basic terms as David ordered Bathsheba to his living house and then murdered her husband to conceal up what he had performed. no longer an same as in basic terms searching and admiring and wishing she became yours. that is at this factor that is recommended to exhibit away earlier longing turns into lust.

No, it is not a sin because dreams are not something that we can control.
If you purposely try to remember the dream so as to get yourself aroused, then you are commiting a sin.
