I've been one six year and i love tofu, but what else can i do so im not nutrients defficient?

In order to get enough protein, you should try eating beans. Tofu is a good source of protein, and it is made from soy. Try eating other kinds of soy too. But be careful, because too much soy can mess with your hormones, since you are a girl.

If you are a vegan teen and eating tofu you are doing fine. If you are not sure you are getting enough nutrients then consider a mulitvitamin that is well absorbed by the body. If you are vegetarian but not vegan consider things like yogurt and other dairy for extra protein and calcium.

As a veggie you just need to watch out for your B vitamin intake as this is mainly present in meat. Try a good vitamin supplement that contains several of the B vitamins particularly B12.

Best thing to do is get a veggie diet book.
Also make sure you take vitiamins too. I don't remember off the top of my head but there are couple that you can't get enough in a veggie diet but you need.
