how to get a boy?

How to get a boy when I cant even contol my own life? im a good looking person who lets my insecurties control me. i hid under a blanket do go or get invited to parties, have only like 1 real friend who i dont tell her this stuff. im shallow, but for no reason, and i dont understand llife at all. i dont know how i get up in the morning or why i think im fine. serious help .thanks

Actually, you sound kinda normal. Everyone has these insecurities, same as you. You just are a bit more honest about them. Admitting that you are shallow is like an oxymoron in that it takes quite a bit of insight to be able to recognize it.

Life happens, and will continue to happen, and will happen just the way it's supposed to, no matter what anyone does or tries to do about it.

How you react to it is everything.

All you can do is prepare for what you think may happen, persue a degree at school, buy a home, have kids, etc. and be flexible just in case things aren't exactly happening as planned.

You don't have control, no one does (except God). Getting insecure over it is not going to make any difference. Go out, to safe, smaller places at first maybe with a freind or relative, until you get comfortable with it. Then try someplace new. then try going someplace by yourself and make a point of saying 'Hi' to some one. Little steps to start building your confidence.

You are an intelligent, attractive (you said so), and sensitive person, and not as shallow as you may think you are.

Think of life as a roller coaster, and you're on it for the first time.
It's a little scary, but mostly its a good time. Enjoy the ride.

Maybe you should get an education first. Like you said, you can't even control your own life. You don't have to have a boyfiend, but you do need to grow up and be cool. Become the best "YOU" that you can be. Explore and do the things that you like and are best at and become better. If you become an awesome person, people will want to be your friend. It's not who you know it's more about who wants to know you.

Okay you can't find a boy to date with if you are confuse or not happy. Never date with anyone when you are not happy because it will cause a lot of problems in relationship. Now forget about boy. Think about positive, think what do you want to do for your future, waht kind of jobs, etc. Go to any events near your home, it will keep your company and who knows it might help you to change a bit. Get more friends, you don't need one because its suck to have one. Also once you become positive and think you can do it anything you want, go for a guy to date. Please let a guy find you. ;)
