The Almighty God says in Holy Bible and Holy Quran:
Exodus 20:11
For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.
He is your Lord, who created the heavens and the earth in six days.[45]Holy Quran
Here what is meant by six days, when at that time day and night did not exist? And besides why Allah did not create them in one stroke?

The key to experiencing Heaven on Earth is making His Kingdom come and finding His Righteousness. It is said, "Seek ye first the Kingdom of Heaven and its righteousness..." When we want to go to a place, we need a guide. So, we need a true guide to the Kingdom of Heaven which is spiritual not physical. Therefore, we need a spiritual guide. Jesus had said: "The kingdom of heaven is at hand and straight is the gate that leads to it. But few there be who find it." As I said, the Kingdom of Heaven is no Disneyland. We have to experience it in our hearts and minds to know that Heaven is here, at hand and within our reach. But, as Jesus had said, very few find the way. Many think only the Christians can find they way. No. All who have faith in the One God will find Him. What did Jesus and his disciples do when they prayed? They closed their eyes and whispered their prayer, not shouted. Feel it. Think it all the time. One of the secret is loving all, including plants and animals, with an equal love and a 360 degree perspective. If you can do that, you don't have to die to experience Heaven on Earth. God bless...

First of all...it wasn't Allah...that word is never used in OT....It is the Lord God Almighty...Jehovah...
However, at least you got the correct Scripture ....This proves creation took 6 literal days...
The length of time was set by God before the sun was created....in each length of time which is call a 'day' the sun was created to rise and set once in that time period.

it was God's 6 days not ours. The human created the calendar.
I really can't answer for Allah (who is still God), but maybe he put time and effort into it. A little planning never hurt anybody.
Remember the bible is written by man and is their account of what happened.
