when i feel that someone didnt mean what they said does that mean my feeling about what they said is right?

I do not think that you should ignore your feelings...just evaluate them. Is it worth even dwelling on, if what was said is untrue?

Maybe not 100% of the time, but most likely often it is correct.
Usually our feelings are more accurate than what we want to believe is true.

Not necessarily. Sometimes, people DO mean what they say, but they say it in a way that you think they don't mean it. So dont assume things too soon.
