I have a Beta fish that won't eat the dried bloodworms.I know birds eat insects and worms,so is it ok to feed the dried bloodworms to my birds?I haven't yet,so don't get excited.

It is not a normal food for them. I wouldn't. If you really are feeling the desire to, call at least three avian vets to find out what they think.

Cockatiel are more of a seeds and fruit kind of bird

I would seriously talk to your Cockatiel's vet before feeding anything unusual to your pet.

I wouldn't want your Birdie to get sick unintentionally. Call the vet (or an esteemed pet store)

Probably blood worms are ok. I know they can eat meal worms but these are live worms. Ask a pet shop.

why would you want to ? they are not carnivores, they are seed eaters, but they do like bits of apple and orange. why don't you feed it that instead. and contrary to the many cartoons you may have been watching not all birds eat worms.

Yes, you can give anything but avacados and chocolate to them. Just give them the bloodworms in moderation.
