I ride a stationary bike for 30 min, jumprope for 30 min, and run for 30 min, 4 times a week.

wow, I wish I could do that!

that's very impressive and I think it looks good, however, be careful with your knees as all the jumping and running can damage them unless you have professional supervision.

Excercise plan sounds like mostly cardio you may need some weight training to increase muscle and tone fat areas. Sit ups and leg lifts will help the stomach region. Dumbell sets will help arms, back and chest. Heal raises can help your calfs. It sounds like your not getting enough of the muscle building excercises in your routine. Cardio is good but you need to include weight training for the full effect.

If you're going from not exercising at all to that plan, it's probably too much. If you've always been active though and can get through the activities without over exhausting yourself, it should be ok.

Sounds pretty good. There's a lot of cardio which is very important for a workout.

good but your calves will be sore as helll if you skip for 30 mins strait........just a forewarning

if you are eating good and exercising more than you eat
but dont overdo yourself- take breaks when tired
