I lose weight from top to bottom and bottom up, so I have thin arms, stomach and calves, but the middle is flabby. Help!

Squats....where your butt comes as close to the floor as possible without actually sitting.....pushing off from your heels will tend to activate the glutes more
Lunges
Stiff Leg Deadlift...if you're not sure how to do them ask a trainer
Leg Curl....good but not the best
Step ups...where you hold a weight and step up/down on a bench
Back Extensions....good for the lower back and butt

Squats and lunges are really good. And if you want to work on your butt, legs and stomach hold your stomach in while you are doing the squats and lunges. Climbing stairs 2 at a time is also good.

For your middle section, I would suggest Ab crunches, these can be done either using a pilates ball or just plain sit ups and reverse curls.

For the butt, I would suggest squats and lunges.

try a bicycle, with a small sadlle, it will exercise
the muscles and you will become slimmer in the midlle, start with 15 minutes,and increase slowly
to about one hour daily, after a while you see the difference
