I seem to have a few drinks and end up horizontal and then they never call again.My husband says i should have more self respect and at least wait until the meal is over.But whats the point in waiting?Afterall these men could say no if they really wanted too.

All the men I boshed on the first date respected me to no end! They couldn't help but call me every time they needed a good seeing to, they even recommended me to their friends. If thats not respect then I don't know what is!

Well, it really depends on what you are wanting. If you are trying to pursue a relationship you should wait. If you are giving it up right away it makes them wonder how many other guys you have given it to just as easily. Also, guys have a little insight into us girls. When they go out to the bar they know all they have to do is find a girl with low self-esteem and they can get in your pants just by giving you a little bit of attention. You have to do things outside of the bedroom to actually have a relationship with someone.

Your husband???? If you are screwing around on your husband, then you don't deserve to be respected.
As for whether or not guys respect a woman who has sex on the first date, it probably depends on the situation. I had sex on the first date with my boyfriend, but I wasn't drunk either. We've been together for almost 10 years, and have an 8 yr old daughter.

You are female i am guessing? The one who claimed to be respectful was not interested in rating the other girls on the street BECAUSE YOU WERE THERE. He was trying to impress you by saying he thought rating girls was degrading. If you were not there he would have never said that. We guys dont rate women with our buddies because we are mean, we do it because evey guy does it. Women do the same thing with their friends. It's natural. By the way, the 'respectful' kid's plan worked because he made himself stand out from the other guys in the group that day in your mind. He said something he knew you would like in effort to make u like him better than u might have before. He's only playin the game sweetie.

I don't know one man that would walk away from open legs. Have enough respect for yourself to wait, that way you will know if that was something you really wanted to do. I feel that we already have power over men, but you have to know how to use it. The men you slept with figure if she gave it up this easy to me then I am sure I am not the first. So no they do not want to see you again. What for they got what they wanted, now it is time to move on. So check yourself!

It varies depending on what type of guy you are with? I say this because my cousin gave it up to her slide and now they are married and have been for at least 8 years.
Men do it and women do it. This world is like a melting pot men/women accept and some don't. Alot of people I know that are single and not looking for commitment usually give it up like that. Who am I to judge them-they wanna have fun! So let them as long as they do it safely.

Like cars, men prefer models with low milage. They'll test drive something with high milage and maybe even drive it into the ground, but they'll never buy it.
Besides, if a woman is too easy, I'd be scared shittless about getting a STD.

you mean you can't even wait to finish the meal first! lol. my personal opinion of a girl that will sleep with me on the first date is she's a bit easy and although i won't say no at the time, in the back of my mind i lose respect for her because i figure if she was that easy with me chances are she's been easy with others

Yeah R E S P E C T ! lol. I personally dont think it means anything at all.You could end up marrying the lady, she could be the most loving , trusting , person ever! You have to live life for the moment or whats the point.
