I'm a single mom. I have a 12 month old and I will have a little boy at the end of February. Their dad has moved on with another relationship and I want to try to do the same eventually. My question is, would a man want to date a woman with 2 children? I'm very normal. I have a full time job that's at a reputable company. I'm not on government assistance. They have the same dad. He's not insane. I spend lots of time with her but I do have a regular babysitter if I choose too. I'm also a student. I'm not looking for a step father or anything extreme just some friends. Is that okay and when can I start looking?

Start looking when you can think about your ex and not get jealous or upset. That way any new person will at least stand a chance.
My wife had three children before we met and I didn't have a problem with that.
The most important thing to remember is that your children come first, never try to sacrifice anyhting for them in order to satisfy any new man.
Also make sure he is good with them if you want any chance of it being long term.

Sweetheart I am very happy for you that you want to move on. But I will tell you the true. A lot of guys really don't want already made family. But it's only because as soon as they step in, And they fall in love with you and the children, Here comes their daddy with your not their father . And he wants to act as if he wants you back. But their is hope for you. Just make sure that the guy is a older guy & has a good job. So he can help build that beautiful family of your with you.

There is no reason for you to be without friends. Try looking at your church. You just may find a nice guy there who would love to date you.

Any decent man would be happy to date you. You sound really nice, if i a guy wouldnt date you because you have kids then he isnt worth your time any way.

Its your decision, do it as soon as you feel your ready and moms are hot. I mean if they arnt related to you in any way. Some1 will come around and if hes really in to you will not care how many children you may have.
