I like this guy. But he only notices
me when I talk to him.
He is preppy, and His
friends are so judgemental.
GOD IS MY ONLY JUDGE!
But I just don't know what to say to him.
But then again, he gets mad whenever I talk about
other boys around him.

Flirt a bit but not overly just incase and dont do it when he is with his friends, he will get embaressed and there goes any chances, play it cool so that if he isnt interested you dont look like a fool.
Then if he shows signs of interest eg flirting back or texting you, alot, and not just when you text him then make the first moves.
Guys are very cautious of what their mates think so try to make friends with them aswell so they will erge him to go 4 it.
But remember if he isnt intertested, still be friends with him and dont become obsessive because there may still be a chance in the future as your friendship builds

this guy is not your type it's better if you leave him alone and move on. Maybe he likes you and don't know how to tell you so he maybe trying to tell you by not letting you talk about other guys around him
