Ok well i am 15 years old and i have been in beauty pageants since i was 6 weeks old i have always been fit and little but this past year i have gained a little weight and i want to loose 10 pounds atleast please help give me any suggestions!!!! to loose some weight then get inshape please and thankz a bunch!!!!!

Well, Cardio Run, walk, take stairs, sweat alot. Drink tons of water. Eat 5 or 6 small meals. as one of meals get nuts or fruit to take to school.

Your not gonna need to lift weights unless you have extra time. but try to burn 600-800 calories every hour and you'll see the weight fly off.

No fastfood, fried food, soda.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The best thing I can recommend is to get lots and lost of exercise. Gymnastics, cheer, running, biking, are all great for building a nice looking figure.

You are 15, so figuring out why you are gaining weight is complicated. You aren't a little girl anymore, and your body is supposed to get soft as you age. And you may not have 10 pounds to lose and still be healthy. Without seeing a picture, it's hard to tell if you are fit but growing (which is probably the case), or you aren't getting enough exercise, and your body is losing tone.

Either way, eat lots of good food (nobody likes a skeleton!) and get plenty of exercise!

You should drink a lot of water and do a lot of cardio. You can probably start to count how many calories you eat a day. Once you figure that out, shoot for about 500 less. But make sure you eat healthy food. You can also weight training lightly to make a good figure for your shows. Don't do too much, but maybe 2 days week is good for you. You can build a little muscle. Muscle cuts down fat in the body. So just try to be a little more active and drink water, no pop, and you will be good to go in about a month or so. Good Luck!!

Diet and Exercise. Sounds cliche, but thats the only way to do it. If necessary, you can support it with a mild weight loss enhancer like hydroxycut or hoodia.
1) no soda. if you have to have soda, drink diet and make a deal with yourself that every soda adds 10 minutes of cardio to your workout.
2) eat breakfast. Use skim milk in your cereal. Have vegatables or fruit as a side dish at lunch and dinner.
3) try to work out 4 times a week: 3 days cardio, 1 day strength training. you can buy a stationary rower or bike and use it while watching tv, even.
4)count your calories for two normal days. Then average those and cut by around 700. Aim for 1400 to 1500 calories a day.

your only 15 its probably not such a big deal, i mean its probably not much weight. well just eat right and take a jog in the evening and 10 pounds in like three weeks...good luck...hope you come in 1st
