i am a girl of 13 but my weight is around 90. i have tried many things. i use to eat different types of grains. my class in the school
is in 6th floor,i do swimming also. what should i do?

Eat less fat and sugars in your diet (if you drink soda, stop - it is so bad for you), and exercise more. Swimming is a great way to burn calories, and keep taking those stairs to your classroom. Just remember, there is no way to in the world that any of us will have a 'perfedct' body - but you can have a body that is perfect for you. Just try to be healthy.

Dont eat at weekends, the weight will fall off.

the best way to lose weight is to exercise regularly and eat well. what is your height, 90lbs seems a bit too little.
