"Ya skuchayu" absolutely means "I miss you"

most of the time it will accompany by "... po tebe" which means "you"

"Mne skuchno" means "I'm bored"

"I think I'm falling for you" will be "Mne kazhetsya, chto ya v tebya vlyublena"

I hope this will help. I'm a native speaker.

Ya skuchayu can mean either "I'm bored" or "I miss/yearn for...", but I cannot tell which without the context. You choose.

Maybe it is " ya slushayu", which means "I listen".

" Ya vljubit'sja"

Not very sure...(Ya means "I", as in "I read"; then i found this site: http://ftp.vpcit.ru/cgi-bin/dict/bobo/trans?name=fall+in+love&ttype%3Aint=2 , use ctr+f and type in "fall in love"
Maybe it helps :)
Sorry, I have fair knowledge in Russian language
