If you are watching video, it takes a lot of information to make that video show up on your computer. If you download it first, then watch it, you will not have the buffer. If you have a buffer it means that the program that is playing the video is saving some of the information before you see it on your screen.

If we all had super fast internet connections there would not be a need for a buffer.

We "religious folk" forced the idea of "internet buffers" just to control your life, oppress you, mold your opinions, brainwashed, program, indoctrinate, hide the truth, implant silly theories, implement illogical fear and fill your pretty little skull with outdated, medieval, backwards, totally nonsensical and irrational ideas all in an effort to mold your mind toward our evil, cultish, Kool-Aid ways to get you to leave your family and give our locked down churches your hard-earned money while we hand backed censored books and "buffered internets" in exchange...
Is that the answered you were aching for? I believe it was.

Although I do not see what buffering has to do with Religion and Spirituality - when Windows Media Player and other Video/Audio devices buffer, they are gathering the information that you wish to view.

This is a purely technical question so I think you should open to the techies or geeks to answer. But if you trying to philosophize it, I guess God is trying to teach you patience and temper control.

Because the devil wants you to be angry so you'll curse and sin? I have no idea, really.
