why is it when you try to cut your own hair does it come out "blocky.Especialy in the front?

I was an idiot and tried trimming my own hair but in the front it is like to straight or somethin.It just dont look right

1.) never try to cut your own hair.
2.) If you need to trim your bangs, someone told me to wet them, then twist them, and cut them where you want, then untwist. I've never tried it. I suggest getting a friend with a good eye to trim your bangs for you, if you can't go get a haircut.

you should do it how they do it (hairdressers) you know how they hold it in the air ?? well do that although it'd be hard if you were doing it yourself .. im not a hairdresser but i cut my own hair al the time ..shh dont tell mum lol she hates it when i do it but anywho it looks normal depends if your hair is straight then its harder to cover up.. if you dont want your hair any shorter than make it curly and then it'll look normal as you wont see the difference or just go to hair dressers and ask them to fix it up =] although i hate hair dressers they dont do as there told garhhg. well only some =] have fun hope it goes well xx

next time comb it upward and hold the hair in your fingers then trim...ONLY A LITTLE
