My daughter is 11 years old and roughly 5ft in height, she does have a poggy belly and large hips but I would not call her fat, I call it puppy fat and growing up. Was just wondering what the proper weight for an 11 year old girl was. I am trying to prevent fat before it occurs cause we all know how hard it is to get rid once on those hips and thighs and butts and bellies, don't we ladies. lol....

I have no problems over my daughters weight, she has the problem and thinks she is fat, hence why I asked the question, what is the ideal weight for 11 year olds.

There are some elements. initially, you're too youthful to be tense about your weight. you're turning out to be and replacing, so your weight fluctuates. 2d, it concerns how tall or short you're. Age isn't any component in weight, that is all height. when you're 6 feet tall and 11, you're not any further envisioned to be one hundred pounds now are you? finally, there's no perfect weight. there is in common words an risky weight counting on your height. do not spend some time wondering about your weight, spend it miraculous such as your acquaintances, doing activities, and playing video games. you're in common words a newborn once.

My daughter is 14 and she weighs 8stone and is 5ft 6inches.
I would take your daughter to your local Drs and ask for a height and weight shart it willl tell you how much your 11 year old should weigh.
As soon as she gets to senior school it will even out as they do alot more exercise. GOOD LUCK x

i would recommend that you visit www.diet4you.uk.net and get a free consultation and they will give you all the answers you will ever need. you are a very good mother and you must try and have your daughter change the way she is thinking about her weight. maybe someone is telling her she is over weight and if someone is doing that then that could lead to all sorts of health problems and will affect her mental health.

If she isn't lazy and does her fair share of exercise, let her be what she is. After all shes only 11 and if she isn't worried about her weight nor should you be.
