Any suggestions how I can keep the Vertigo controlled and why I am SO depressed would be greatly appreciated..This disease disables me at times so much that I am unable to do nothing more than stay in bed for the duration of the"spells", which lasts for up to 2 days or more..Thanks so much for any info on this disease..

see meniere's disease is a triad of 3 symptoms vertigo deafness and tinnitus.one of d cause for dis is deficiency of vit b12.der is giddiness deafness nausea vomiting headache and anxiety can use combinations like nicotinic acid cyclandelates,vit b1 b6 n b12,have a low salt diet stop smoking and consumption of alcohol

Meniere's disease is a recurrent and usually progressive group of symptoms including progressive deafness, ringing in the ears, dizzyness, and sensation of fullness in the ears. It is also referred to as labyinthine vertigo. Causes is UNKNOWN. treatment includes antihistimines, and in extreme cases surgery, which is of questionable benefit.

try some beta blockers like propranolol 10 mg twice daily and drugs used for migrene headaches. it is experimental but has helped some
