Hi,
I would agree with mushy peas, especially the minty ones.
Baby new spuds are good, as is corned beef.
Good old baked haricot beanz of course, and the odd "all day breakfast" things.
Well, when on the boat, tinned stuff becomes a staple diet.
Attempting a leg of lamb, or suchlike would be disasterous !
Oh, I must add thick soups, hot dogs, and pink salmon.
Bon appetite !
Bob.
PS. do beers count ?

Corned beef and pineapple rings (not together though obviously). I also love Tip Top but I don't think this counts as a food!

Sweetcorn is great as it's so versatile and you can even have it as a mini meal on its own, heated up, at a push. Tuna's really good, too and the great thing is they match well together - fab in baked potatoes, salads and sandwiches. Mmm...I'm hungry now, lol.

Tuna in brine! I can eat a tin just as a snack followed by a good slug of Gaviscon as it gives me rampant Heartburn

Corn or beetroot.
i absolutely loved tinned corn drained and heated up. I love beetroot in any sandwich but especially in my mums homemade hamburgers.
