She's probably not feeling her best right now and she just does not want bothered by the other cat.
That will change once she's feeling better.

As far as the problem with her eye, call the Vet and tell him that she didn't have it before and that you are concerned.
They should allow you to bring the cat back in to be checked at no charge.
As far as picking at the stiches I really don't have an answer for that one, my cat did the very same thing...BUT if you take the cat back to the Vet he maybe able to give you one of those lampshade looking collers for her to wear until the incision heals.

Good luck, I hope kitty feels better soon.

A phone call to the vet will not cost anything. Set your mind at ease and call the vet. If you have to take her to the vet, ask for payment arrangements before the cat is treated. Most vets will work with you because they rather see the animal cared for than not.

Try to ask the spca if they have any suggestions. Maybe they can set you up with a low cost vet. They might be able to look at her also since they do spayings at the clinic.

Call the vet and ask. Say I just had her spayed and .......fill in the symptoms. If she came from there and caught something, they should not charge you. GOOD LUCK!

if you just got (fixed up) i think you would act a bit weird for a bit too BUT will get over it fast

put a Elizabethan collar on her to keep her away from the stitches
