Well..I think that going from a 32C to a 32E is a waste of money.But if you considered going larger than what you were originally thinking it would be worth it. I USED to be a size 34 B and had a "BOOB JOB" and now I'm a size 44FF. I am a dancer and a model and make about $1000 a night.So if you are planning a modeling career bigger is better.If you have any questions here is my e-mail & I will send you a pic.

I knew a girl years ago who did just this and you know a lot of men would not approach her b/c they were freakishly big... On another note, they stretched her skin so terribly that the skin busted and that ONE boob job turned into 5 or 6 at the last count.
If you are a C cup, which is what I am - That is perfect - However, being a woman and a mom I understand wanting perfect ****! So, my advice to you would be no bigger than a DD, That is HUGE but still sexy! (Especially since your a 32C) I'm a 36C, and a DD would be huge on me at a size 4, your obviously smaller, so take that into consideration.
Also... Picture yourself in 10 years breast feeding or even being pregnant for that matter with a E cup..... OMG.... A DD would be quite enough!

Bad idea! An E cup is huge! When you lay on your back you will be chocking yourself. Not to mention if you have a smaller frame you will “look” like you had a boob job. A C cup is a very nice size, and if you are too big you will look ridicules in the business world. I won’t even get into the whole back problem issue. Instead of getting them bigger, find ways to accentuate what you have to bring them to a more appealing level in your mind.

You do know it can ruin your chances of breast-feeding in the future? and, you are more than likely to lose any sensation in your nips? Men like women's boobs primarily because playing with their nips is the easiest and quickest way to get them horny. What happens if you lose that?
Take no notice of the men that are obsessed with massive mammaries - they either weren't breast fed as babies or they're so insecure about their own sexuality that they feel the need to confirm their manhood by publicly announcing their love for unnaturally large breasts.
There have been studies that prove in fact, that men actually prefer average sized boobs. The most important factor being that the nipples point in the right direction. Bigger the booby - the more gravity is going to get attracted to them and you don't want saucer sized nips pointing at your feet do you?
At the end of the day, guys are just grateful to get their hands on a pair of t*ts fullstop - regardless of the size.
Yuck - why are you going to cheapen yourself by appearing in that bog paper anyway? Money? or because it's gonna make your ego feel good knowing that 1000's of dirty old boring farts are masterbating over your picture, and then wiping their bum with it afterwards?
Don't waste yourself.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Look up those operations on the net and try and find movies of the actual procedure, that will definitly help you make a decision. 32 C is a good size. Just wear a good push up squeeze in bra. I've actually seen people wear 2 bras at once, it's what Go-Go dancers do !

The thing is there is a 15 yr maintaince on them. So if you think that your gonna get your boobs done and thats the end of that, your wrong. they will start to fall and get saggy so you have to get them replaced and getting them that big can make you at bigger risk of something happening to them like ripping or popping so I wouldn't do it. Be proud and happy with what you got send that $$$ to the poor sponser a starving child.

A waste of money -- most males prefer something natural to something artificial. A natural 32C is far better than a fake 32E

Well, it sounds like you are a nice size already, however if you want it done go for it! The quality of the operations done now are really good, so if you find a reputable surgeon it should be great!

It is important to like yourself. Be proud of who you are, not what a doctor can make you! A look of self-confidence can be more powerful than 2 size larger breasts. Enjoy what you have and who you are. It will show in the photos....

A 32 C Is a good size, why would you want to change it, and why would you want to go that big, It will not look right.
