call any travelcare branch, you can find your local on www.travelcare.co.uk
they can provide transfer only, private or coach.
car hire is pretty cheap in the algarve, this may be better than a transfer, get them to price both

I would suggest getting either a taxi or a hire car. We went to this part of Portugal last year and would highly recommend getting a car.
It's not that far and a taxi would probably set you back 40 euros.
One thing about Faro airport, if you are travelling with young children, try getting to the airport just before check-in closes. There is nothing for young kids to do at the airport.

get a taxi outside the airport its about half an hours drive.
