no it is not possible but it hurts the working speed of computer

Probably not by SpyWare, but a virus can attack hardware. I remember a virus designed to overload your monitor and cause it to burn out.

Just run anti virus and anti spyware software.

hardware no, but viruses that the spyware can be part with it can.
