What pourcentage will be taken away from me ?

For information in France if you make over 60.000$ a year you pay 60%

And if all you wealth is worth over 750.000$ you have to pay an extra 1,2% on the value of everyting you hown (car, house, clothing, computer, art.....)

Well, the top tax rate is 35%, unless your money comes from capital gains in which case its taxed at 15% maximum (unless you sold a collectible, in which case its 28%). So on a straight million you would pay anything from $150,000 give or take, all the way up to $350,000.

Now if you are smart enough to make that sort of money you should be smart enough to engage a CPA. A wise one may be able to reduce your tax bill quite handsomely, hopefully by more than the fee you get charged.

My guess is you'd move to Vanuatu or another tax haven and avoid paying any tax
