Vegetable Pizza
2 large cans of Pillsbury Crescent rolls
2 8-ounce pkg. Cream cheese
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
Assortment of fresh mushrooms, green peppers, green onions, tomatoes,
broccoli (chopped fine), cauliflower (chopped fine)
Spread crescent roll dough in two lightly greased baking sheets.
Press seams together. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing mix, and spread over cooled crust. Place raw vegetables on top. Cut into squares and serve.

Actually I prepare it at home. Its really very easy and hygenic.
Take one pizza base
1 cup of less fat Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of carrot grated
1/2 cup of cabbage grated
2 small oions sliced
2 tomatoes sliced (Optional) many people does not like this)
And 1/2 cup Capsicum cut into very thin pieces
Little sauce for applying
Pepper powder (Or vam powder which South Indians use it in ChakKirams)
Procedure:
Apply little sauce evenly on the base, then pepper powder sprinkled, then keep the vegetables one by one on the whole pizza base. And at last take cheese and grate it and put it on top.
Keep it on the baking tray and microwave it for 3 or 4 minutes in the microwave oven.
No need to add salt as it will be already added in most of the cheese available in the market.

ull need:
1.pizza base
2.pizza drerssing( if you want to prepare your onw then ull need
3tbsp tomato puree,1tbsp tomato ketchup
1/4th cup milk,1/2 tsp origano flakes,
1/4th tsp chilli flakes and a little white
or black pepper,1/2 tsp sugar,salt to taste)
3.chopped onions
4.chopped bellpeppers
5.sliced tomatoes
6.babycorn cut into halves
7.sliced mushrooms
8.morzarella cheese
procedure:
1. to prepare the dressing heat a little butter or oil in a pan(about 1/2 tbsp ) and add the tomato puree and ketchup,after they start boiling add the milk and stir,then add sugar ,salt,origano,and remainder dressing ingredients.then simmer and cook for two minutes.
2. spread the dressing on the pizza base and set aside.
4. grate the morzarella cheese and set aside for immediate use
5. add the vegetables to the pizza and top with cheese
6. preheat oven at 200degree
7. then cook the pizza for 5 to 10minutes till light brown at edges
8. top the cooked pizza with a littl origano if desired

1 Italian pizza crust (12 inch)
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup green pepper strips
1/2 cup red pepper strips
PREHEAT oven to 450°F. Place crust on ungreased baking sheet.
SPREAD crust with pizza sauce; top with cheese and vegetables.
BAKE 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
