1. In the UK, an obvious source of help is Comic Relief. However, Comic Relief stipulates: "For work in Africa .... we will only consider applications from UK registered charities that are working in partnership with agencies located in the relevant country."
http://www.comicrelief.com/apply-for-a-grant/

2. So to look for a partner agency, an obvious relevant UK registered charity is Save The Children. However Save The Children states, in its FAQ section:
"Can you fund my project (or charity)?
Unfortunately Save the Children is unable to offer assistance. We are a grant-seeking organisation rather than a funding one and all of our limited resources are already allocated to our own projects."

3. Still, all is not lost. There are other large UK charities that you could approach, and they include:
a) Oxfam - which already has involvement with HIV/AIDS work in Kenya.
Contact: http://www.oxfam.org.uk/contact/index.htm
b) British Red Cross - it also works in Kenya, and has some involvement with AIDS-related issues.

4. For other, smaller charities, the Charity Commission of England & Wales has an online database of registered charities which can be searched using keywords (such as: Kenya, HIV). When you view the page of a registered charity, in the database, you will see details of its reported income and expenditure, right at the bottom of the page.
a) I have picked these two out for you:
(i) Amani UK (reg. no. 107335)

(ii) The NASIO Trust (reg. no. 1104542)

b) If you wish, you can search for more, yourself
