ok ich verstehe sie,aber bevor der zahlung wenn ich zu ihnen etwas geschrieben habe haben sie mir direk geanwortet,aber nach der zahhlung und nach der falsche documente konnten wir sie kaum erreichen.nach meiner meinung ist es nicht normal,aber nochmal danke.

Firstly, this German isn´t quite correct, there are some mistakes and things that makes no sense (I´ve inserted with ? anything that needs to be added to make more sense), but translating as best as possible, it would be:
"OK, I understand you, but before the payment (was received/carried out?), if I wrote anything to you, you replied to me directly. But following the (receipt of the?) payment and the incorrect documents, we have hardly been able to reach you. In my opinion, this isn´t normal [in the sense of acceptable/good], but thanks again anyway."

I think this person is probably an English speaker.
Okay, I understand you, but before the payment when I wrote to you you answered me directly, but after the payment and after the false documents we find we can hardly get through to you. In my opinion, this is not normal, but thanks all the same.
