Hellen Keller could have said the same thing of people who could see, but she didn't.
Just because you can't sense something doesn't mean that someone else is acting on delusion.
All things that are real can be verified. Don't worry about the fact that they're wierd. Just adjust to them.

There are powers and principalities that are at work in this world that are of a spiritual source and of which the world does not acknowledge for it is focused on the physical realm.

Mainly active imagination and poor education, as these "senses" don't exist in the first place.
(the forces certainly don't)
