4. Bend over (like the punishment we used to get from teacher)

You are of the right age. No need to go for surgery, unless you have some problem. If you are normal you can increase height naturally by vitamins, balanced diet, exercise, good posture, sleep etc. Do go cycling and remain outdoor, as long as possible. Outdoor living will give you height. There is a height increase program offered by some private classes, mainly for models and airhostesses. You may join and benefit from the program to gain height quickly, the natural way.

A very simple and light exercise that you can do wihtout taking extra time during your day to day activity. It is a tried & tested one and I am sure will help you at your age.
As far as possible try to walk on your feet with your toes lifted and not touching the ground specially during the morning. This is a good exercise. Within a month you will feel the difference and if you check your height there will be an increase for sure.

It is not the height which is responsible for your success dude!

I think you have reached your maximum height and less chances of increasing it further.

What u need to concentrate on... is build up the knowledge and wisdom in your head, it will grow your career and life's ambition!

just relax human growth cannot be altered with medicine or any surgery,its a natural process,it also depends on your genes, if your parents are tall chances are you will grow a lot taller also. but at 18 yrs old you still have at least 10 years of growing to do,just watch what you eat dont eat junk too much drink lots of milk sleep a lot and eat healthy foods

My suggestion is that, you can drink some coconut milk daily.Because it contains more cytokinenes. (they are the growth harmones).
You can also do exercises like skipping.

you cannot increase your height because it's genetically predetermined so maybe your energy would be better spent accepting yourself how you are?
