I bought every possible product and what I found was that no single product has the ability to completely clear acne, since it comes from so many sources. Acne is caused by genes, stress, diet, excercize and several other factors, and no one change, be it in diet or cream, can address all of those issues. Interviews also stress me out!!
I read a book http://bambiberg.acnefree.hop.clickbank.net/ that really made me understand this, and when I finally used the correct combination of lifestyle changes, my acne disappeared in just a few days. However, do not get this book, if you are not willing to follow through. Change is hard, I am the first to admit, but the payoff is awesome, because I am acne free.

Well, I don't exactly have U'r problem but about the skin yes I do.
Stress cause pimple not acne but pimple can cause acne. Anyway pimple or acne still make you stress. So i think you should is get some stress therapy to get rid of the stress (i recommended Paul Mckenna Cd's, it's up to you.) Then you can used some soap free face cleaning like Avène products.
That's what i did and it help. Good Luck!

Stress doesn't cause acne just as chocolate doesn't cause acne. What causes acne is bacteria and that comes from products we use on our face. Proactiv and soap will just overdry your skin and compromise the protective barrier on your skin. The solution is to use a product that is skin friendly. Your skin is acidic so you need to use products that are not alkaline. I use Dermalogica products and they have been so wonderful for my skin. Find a spa in your area that sells this product. Look up www.dermalogica.com and find a location nearest to you. You could buy a travel kit for your skin type for just $30. It has a cleanser, toner, moisturizer and samples. I think you will be pleased. I wish you well on your interview.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

Try Bare Minerals make up. It has Zinc in it. The Zinc will help heal up the acne. It doesn't clog your pours either. I have seen this stuff work miracles for people. Even if you don't wear make up, the mineral foundation powder alone can help.
Good Luck!

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.

For me personally, I discovered a great informational acne treatment site. Not only is there good information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be totally effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and good luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:

You could try to calm yourself down first and use benzoyl peroxide to dry out the spot. Benzoyl peroxide is used once or twice daily, but most people only apply it once a day or every other day to avoid redness and excessive drying. Something you should do is to wash your face two to three times a day. You should never go to sleep without thoroughly cleansing your face.
