There is no "unseen world". Just because you see something that you can't explain doesn't mean it doesn't have an explanation. You're trying to add mysticism to a world that you think it too mundane otherwise. Personally, I think reality is great just as it is.

If it wasn't for certain incidents that I have experienced, I would not believe as loosely as I do in god. I have had out of body experiences, when I saw myself from outside of myself. I was saved from being killed by a speeding car when an invisible hand grabbed my ankle and would not let me take a next step. Although I was 5,000 miles from where my father lived, I knew when he died even though he had had no medical problems until that time. And I know, with as much certainty as Christians have, that my Father is still with me. I have been helped out of at least two impossible situations in which nothing but help from somewhere else would solve the problem.
Absolutely, I have had experience with what you call an "unseen world."

Yes, i have. God is very real to me and so are demons and angels. The presence of evil itself is a good indication that something or someone evil exists spiritually and this contrasts with the good side of the spiritual world. Many miracles have happened. Great evil has also happened. People encounter "aliens" who are actually demons and others see angels helping them. Ghostly apparitions and presence abound and even Marian apparitions. I have personally encountered demons and seen them or heard them. So much proof that there is a spiritual world but many people deny it.

yes i have many times. I am a spiritualist and when the spirit people have something to show me. They often wake me around 4am to show me. I once had spirit kitten on my bed, my own cat was on floor trying to touch it with her paw. so she could see it as well.
When my husband died i was at my brothers house. one night iwent to bed early and was woken at 4am,( dont knwo why that time) but when i looked at side of bed, there was a perfect red carnation flower floating in a greyt mist. i looked away then back again and it was still there. My husband used to buy me carnations on a friday on way home from work. was h is way of saying he was near.

I heard God's voice audibly once.
That's it.
All other times God speaks, it's more like he's stoking harp strings in your heart. His voice is silent but you can still sense it. It's difficult to explain.
As for shadows or whatever, if I don't see it clearly in front of me, it ain't there. I believe things that are actually real and verifiable, like his voice. Often, if you're quiet, you can get responses from God on demand. It just takes practice to get to know what his voice is like and how to recognize it.

You really should embrace reality and be happy with it, except with occasional forays into fantasy in a good novel or movie etc. Otherwise, i would advise you to try your best to be mentally well. Good luck.
