Go around skateparks, alleyways and derelict/disused buildings (during the day) to get some inspiration
Get a roll of cheap wall paper, cut out some shapes and use spray paint or those thick marker pens to make your designs.
Tip when going to derelict buildings only go inside if you are sure that it is has one floor cos the floors can be rotten unstable.

Try hanging around the back streets of your local town. You're bound to find someone scrawling graffiti on the walls. Failing that try your local art collage for a student to paint it on for you.
I am serious. Some of these graffiti artists are brilliant.
