Am i pregnant?, i have had 5 positive results back from 5 different tests, but i have also had 1 negetive, im 21. have had my period but it was shorter and lighter then usual? please advise??

You can get false negatives but not usually false positives. The bleeding may not have been your period. You need to see your doctor and get a blood test to confirm the pregnancy tests. It may be a scary time for you but try and go as soon as possible as you will need to get prepared and need to know one way or the other if you're pregnant or not. Maybe you know somebody you can count on to go with you for moral support. You could get the test done at a family planning centre if you don't want to go to your doctor. Best of luck.

If you really need to know if you are pregnant, the best result would be going to your doctors having a urine test, and really if you had 5 positive results then you are most probably pregnant. If your periods were light, that is something to worry about, if you are pregnant, go and see the doctor, best thing. Good luck

You should get yourself to the doctor - they can give you a proper test and a definitive answer. It sounds like you could be - the lighter period could be the implantation of the embryo in your womb. Good luck.

if you have 5 positives and 1 negative then there is 95% chance that you are pregnant,plus your period is irregular,thats the sign that you are pregnant go see a doctor and make sure of it

5 tests against one definately suggests that you are... it is more likely that you got a false negative than 5 false positives. Book an appointment with your doctor and take it from there..

I was told by a midwife that you can have a false negative preg test but not a false positive one...ie...if 4 tests say your preg then you are. The negative reading you got was probably due to your preg hormones being too low to register

Its likely that you are pregnant. A doctor is the best person
to see as he willgive you a blood test examine you also.Usually you can get a
false negative but not a false positive.

Probably. A positive test test is more reliable than a negative. They detect HCG a pregnancy hormone so it must be present musn't it? Good luck
