I have a 2 year old Male English Bulldog and I just use a warm soft washcloth and wipe his wrinkles. My Vet also gave me some cleaner that they use when they do surgery's on pets (it's a cleaner). It's a pink liquid and it's Great! I'm sorry I don't know the name but your Vet would and she doesn't charge us for it. It just helps takes off all the gunk where some times just using a baby wipe or a wash cloth doesn't clean out the gunk. I clean my dog's face about every second day or when ever he needs it. For his tail I just use a 100% cotton wipe (like what girls use when they remove their make-up) and just wipe under his tail. I always use 100% cotton when cleaning him because Bulldog's can get skin irritations really easy.

Baby wipes are fine but I would use a cotton ball coated with baby powder to dust the wrinkles after cleaning to absorb moisture. Don't over "dust" around the face. If the skin is cared for properly cleaning should only be necessary as needed. Simply check the skin daily as you pet the dog that way you don't miss a problem brewing.

A damp wash cloth and then dry with another one, baby wipes work well also but you should use the unscented ones and make sue it doesn't get in his eyes. If you see any irritation then go to a vet and get their Malaseb Pledgetts (sold over the counter) Clean as needed.

you can use unscented wipes, anything that is gentle on skin, check with the vet for shampoo or wipes, some dogs need cleaned every day, some a few times a week, the important thing is keeping the area clean

Yes, use baby wipes with Aloe. You can use them everyday. Good enough for a baby's bottom, good enough for your pooch!
I have a pit bull who has wrinkly "pits" and she was developing rashes under each one. Now when we return from her walk, I always wipe her "pits" and she is rash free. : )
