I agree with Bullwinkle. If you are asking specifically about Orchard Bank, they are a real bank. I have had a credit card account with them for 2 to 3 years with no problems.

It's not really their area. If you have concerns, ask the bank where it is incorporated, and contact the state of its incorporation.
