Thanks for such an important question, i really understand what you are going through. I went through similar problems in my life, especially living in another country and the boss part. I reached a point where i had ulcer and went to the hospital bcoz of it.
But suddenly, i met someone who helped me find the answers, i hope everybody can meet such a friend.
Anyhow, my advice to you is to STOP thinking about your problems. People generally tend to believe the more they think about their problems, the more the can solve them. That is TOTALLY wrong, they are only hurting themselves. Only worry about the things inside your CIRCLE of influence. The things you have to change directly, the other things do not worry about.
Now, how can you Stop thinking about your problems. There is NO universal way to do it. But i will give you some of the things i try, i hope they can be of any benefit:
- Try to play any kind of sport you like to release of the energy.
- whenever an idea that bothers you and you cannot change it hits your mind swap it to another idea or just sit down and try to clear your mind by repeating a certain word or focusing on the flames of a candle.
- try walking and having fresh air
- whenever something annoying happens try to do something nice, eat a favorite dish, watch a nice movie, etc.
DO NOT Keep things to yourself, find someone trustful to talk to, a friend for example, if you keep doing so you will be like some one blowing in a balloon, and you know what happens to the balloon with extra air inside?!!
Hope that was helpful.

well i would say that you need to try to learn to take things a little better. now for the papers, yes i would of been upset there, but you say you get upset all the time, so you really need to learn to relax, and i do mean relax, like just sit back and enjoy a movie or a quit evening home with your husband, take in a movie, hopifully in English , and try not to see everything so neg. When you keep getting upset, that is stress, and stress just helps you to get sick a lot easier, and helps you to stress even more and more, you need to find a happy medium where you can get upset, but not to the point that your husband has to always have to unstress you, if he can even do that all of the time. You are very lucky that he is so easy going , otherwise you both might be stressed out so bad now that you really would be in a lot of trouble.

Talk to someone you trust, engage in positive hobbies, avoid excessive alcohol, find ways of litterally reducing stress through better time management and avoiding stressful situations if possible. Get plenty of sleep and eat right - thats pretty big actually. Comedy - I always recommend getting in touch with your sense of humor, it works wonders to know how to laugh. You can also learn to meditate, practice martial arts or just physical activity in general. Spirituality is a good place to find ease. Sometimes I like to just have a nice hot bath with a cold beer. Regular sexual activity helps me out. Don't be afraid to spoil yourself every now and again too.

wow, thing's are really going up in flames, huh? I'm sorry! some things you can try are getting a massage, drinking some tea and reading a book, taking a double breath in and tensing your whole body, holding that for a few seconds, then completely relaxing with a double exhale (sounds like a silent "ha haa"). Meditation is another possibility. Also, getting a good night's sleep every night tends to help, because you're not fighting to stay awake during the day, and so you're naturally more relaxed (I'm a college student, I should know, huh? haha). Good luck, and hope you can destress! That said, I'm gonna try to take my own advice haha

you need to relax, just relax. As long as it is not the end of the world, or the sky is falling down, you need not worry. Everything will work out for the better, trust god. If your husband's job falls apart, maybe you can go back to your country. Even the darkest cloud has a silver lining. I don't think what you are facing is even a cloud. So sit back and enjoy, whatever happens, happens for the better, trust the god will not harm you as you have not harmed anyone. why fear ?

"throw that bs out the window of your mind as fast as you can, when it happends",and do things that usually make you feel happy, idk maybe you and your husband can go walk or something(even if you have a car),and sit down at a park,or go do some other activity like go watch a movie or something, when i use to have a girlfriend, when i was stressed,i would just cuddle up,and talk about random things;to get my brain thinking something else,or go watch a movie together,or go walking somewhere.
ps: i found talking to someone(or partner) helps me alot, but i never talk about whats bothering me,so it goes away faster.it helped me to be mentally strong about alot of things;cause if you talk about your bad day,lol your allready on the wrong track, cause you are thinking about it.
and i'm spent..thats pretty much my expirience

There are jobs EVERYWHERE! My best advice would be to move back to where you are comfortable. No job is worth this much stress.
Come back! Trust that you'll make it financially when you come back. No worries, hun.
Take Care and God Bless.
