Distilled beverages have been used as antiseptics for hundreds of years.
Though its more well knows for taken internally, ie whiskey in the US and medicinal sherry in the UK.
Brandy could be used for this, though it would be a waste of a good brandy.

Any type of alcohol can be used to cleanse a wound, but why would you waste Brandy today when it is much cheaper to use commercial anticeptic. As an aside, urine is in fact a pure product and also used to be used to cleanse wounds. Also not something I'd want to resort to today. Honey was used to help wounds heal.

Yes, any distilled spirit (liquor) can be used to cleanse a wound. I would avoid the thicker, sweeter liquors as the sugars could lead to an infection.

Yes it is possible. But how sad to see good brandy on the ground. Gin was first made as a medicine. Anything with an alcohol content can be used that way. That's why they invented baby wipes. To save the Brandy.

A lot of things can be used to cleanse wounds depending on circumstances, including urine. The trick is clean out more junk than you put in.
