Increased heart rate, nervousness, dehydration, sleeplessness, and many trips to the bathroom. I don't recommend it!

TRUE STORY
I was in the pub with some friends & was night shift that night. I thought it might be a good idea to start drinking espresso as there was no chance of me leaving for an hours sleep before work. I was drinking doubles & before I knew it, I was literally bouncing off walls!
I had to stop once I reached DOUBLE NUMBER 14 at which point I may have overdosed. I went home & literally had the shakes. I feel asleep, missed work & slept for 24 hrs straight!
I WONT EVER DO THAT AGAIN!
One a daily bases, I would still say I had a caffeine addiction, but normal everyday coffee. I am cutting down slowely.
Just for the record, Tea also contains caffeine.

The consequences of drinking too much coffee are that you will have nervous twitches, a racing heart because of the caffeine. An other inconvenient that could be good for you if you don't drink many water is that you will have to make many stops to the toilets because coffee is diuretic. Another point, concerning your beauty if you take care of it, of course, your teeth will become much yellow than before because of the tan.
But if you still wanna drink coffee... Tchin tchin ! After us, the end of the world ... as far as you're not a "coffee maniac" ! :))

Asides from developing a dependency on it, the biggest drawback that people often overlook is dehydration. Coffee dehyrates you so even though it will pick you up it has bad consequences if not used in moderation. IMO coffee is one beverage best limited in ones diet b/c most us fail to drink enough fluids (soda & sports drinks do not count), especially water on a daily basis.

Yuck. Coffee.
Ok, caffeine is very bad for you. It causes nervousnesses and cravings which will make you gain weight because you feel the need to eat more. If you smoke it even makes you want to smoke more. It stains your teeth and gives you bad breath. It can be expensive and if you add creams and sugars, that alone will help pack on the weight.
But that's all I can think of.
