Ok so I get it that I just need to ask but I just cant. How do I tell if he's interested in me romantically. I only see him at a specific friends parties. He always seems interested in talking to me when I see him. He gives me all the positive body language. But I text him to see if he got home alright and he just says yes. I invited him out once - he didn't come. Is he shy or is he just not interested? Like I said I only see him at a mutual friends house and then when I do he sits by me all night and makkes up excuses to stay and chat and only leaves when I do.

Uh, when he tells you, or when he buys you drinks at the bar, or maybe when he devotes all of his attention towards you when you're out together.... Ok so what if he does all these things exclusively when we out. I don't understand cos he makes no effort other than when I go see my friend and hes around

Hi there, I've just join the group so hope I doing things right. It appear that you are keen on this guy, he knows it but his intention is probably quit different from yours. I don't think there is any indication of love at all. It is more of knowing it this person has an interest in you or not, which he from your story, i would say he probably do but am quite afraid that you are more into a serious relationship. Love in this case is a far step away.

In your case, uh, no i don't think he likes you, he probably just wants to make you think he does to make himself feel better.
