Usually its due to insecurity in yourself, other times it may be the women your dating. If you cannot trust them and that your the only one they are seeing then you truly shouldn't be with them. Take a hard look at yourself and work on improving yourself. Honestly if you look deep enough you will discover what is at the heart of this problem, all that is left to do is work on it after that.

T-Man! It's all about your self Image. Meaning, You have none! Get a dose of reality and see that you're not the only one on this Earth. Others have their say-so. And others have the same chices that you have. Never try to own someone. It's suppose to be about emotions. Listen to your Heart. It never lies.

Its human to be jealous.
Nothing to worry about.
The thng you should take note of is that you should not act on your jealous like hit someone or do something harmful
