No. Not anymore than He would want believers to make fun of non-believers. I would go so far as to say that He doesn't want anyone to make fun of others. To laugh with others is one thing; to laugh at someone because they are who they are or have done something dumb is derisive.

I believe God wants all His believers to remain steadfast in the wake of the mocking things people sometimes type here.

As I said before some of it makes me shudder, I am praying there is help for those folks, and praying harder their blasphemy doesn't get its evil near me.

He doesnt want you to but prophecy has foretold that you will. So go ahead. You're just proving the Bible is right.

Probably not, but He does use you to show us how not to be, just like He uses other pains in our life to teach us, so, thanks I guess.
