I think the best thing for you to do is to take a chance with him, because he definitely cares about you. He even stands in the rain to show you his feelings. Also be careful of him too, because if it doesn't work out between you two, he could do something stupid. But in saying that I believe in fairy tales and it seems that this guy is the real deal, showing you he loves you with everything he's got. You go girl!

first this is very IMPORTANT...if this boy is "dangerous" then ask someone in your family to tell him ...not to come to your house...if he is "gentle"..then you can talk to him...
If I were in your shoes..and had someone like him who wants me to be his girlfriend. I would have to tell him NO.
This is why:
He does not take care of himself.
If he does not take care of himself, will he take care of YOU?
Tell him you do not want to catch the FEVER.
You would be worrying all the time with HIM.
I want a different boyfriend who I can laugh with and enjoy.
I want someone who does not make me feel afraid.
Explain to him there are more girls in the world, it's time to GO and find a new friend.
If you really "like" or "love" him..then you have to decide what is best....you can not listen to me or anyone...It's your choice! Your decision. So think hard about everything before you speak to him or do anything that could cause harm to you. That is what is important that you are safe and not in danger.
